"It has been a longtime since we change insurance company. After thorough research we decided to deal with a major company with local representatives. We chose State Farm, we contacted four of their agents in our area. The only one that responded quickly is Stephanie Hernandez. Ms. Yaquelin Sandoval was very cordial and patience with me. She explained clearly and in simple terms. She took down our information and ran through the numbers with us. She didn’t try to.up sales us anything that we didn’t need. Ms. Sandoval is a true professional throughout our entire process. I sense a long relationship with this company. Thank you Yaquelin!!"

"Stephanie's team is really good. I have most of my "nuts and bolts" requests of Abril who is always timely in her responses and always gets it done on time. Lately she worked on an antique car quote and ultimately we selected SF for the policy. Though it was not a particularly large policy due to the value of the car, she went over and above to meet our timeframe which included a series of photographs for the file and to substantiate the value of the car. She was able to lock in the policy and get the temporary insurance cards to us so that we can move the car from the seller's location to our home without worry. Thanks, Abril!"

With a busy schedule, I really appreciated the gentle reminder and was able to handle payment ny phone. She also provided great advice regarding the benefits of dash cams.
