"Stephanie's team is really good. I have most of my "nuts and bolts" requests of Abril who is always timely in her responses and always gets it done on time. Lately she worked on an antique car quote and ultimately we selected SF for the policy. Though it was not a particularly large policy due to the value of the car, she went over and above to meet our timeframe which included a series of photographs for the file and to substantiate the value of the car. She was able to lock in the policy and get the temporary insurance cards to us so that we can move the car from the seller's location to our home without worry. Thanks, Abril!"

With a busy schedule, I really appreciated the gentle reminder and was able to handle payment ny phone. She also provided great advice regarding the benefits of dash cams.
